MTN's money making tactics
I had a contract with MTN which ended last December but it was apparently automatically renewed. Then we received a notification saying the contract will end in April but again it was automatically renewed. all this without my consent and when I called their call centre now (after holding for 58minutes before an someone answered) and im told this is the way it is. it is amazing how companies are quick to give people deals and telling us how they are for a certain period but NEVER tell this instead let us as the consultant said its in the contract. whats funny as well is that Vodacom call clients to notify of contract ending as checking if one wants to renew or not but DAMN MTN force people to stay with them as they know their service sucks and people don't want to stay with them anymore. now im told im stuck with this things for another month. This is UNACCEPTABLE and VERY VERY VERY bad customer service as no client will EVER stay with a company that doesn't know how to give client service. I was given this reference ***
