MTN *****s money by refusing cancellations

I've been trying to cancel a contract with MTN since 10 June and to date no one has been able to assist me. I get pushed to different departments. I keep forwarding the emails with the time lines and yet there is no joy in this regard. MTN has absolutely HORRIBLE "service" and retention agents that are rude.
