Mtn *****s money by not processing contract cancelation!
How long does it take for mtn to cancel a contract. 5 December 2024 I cancelled which was not even a month old after the device was delivered 2 months later. December they decided to deduct 100% contract value even though it was never used. I went back to the store 5 January 2025 and 15 January 2025, still the contract has not be cancelled. I want my money back and don't even think of deducting anything from my account.

Your own people don't even know any of your process because since December I've been trying to cancel the damn contract and today it's still reported as active. I don't even have the router or SIM card it hasn't even been used, so are you that broke as a company? Cancel the damn thing
