MTN's greatest ******* #1
I had a MTN contract phone through Nashua mobile in may 2013 , a 2 year contract - I have paid insurance on it as well. I got retrenched in October 2014 after paying so much on this pathetic account , I handed in my retrenchment letter in @ the Nashua branch in Carlton center in November 2014 yet nothing was done my account then falls into arrears and i get listed on itc (already useless). besides me battling to get a job due to this , I managed to find my feet in January 2015 and asked for a settlement amount to finish the contact and be done with both nashua and mtn - they advised to pay Norman Bissit an amount to settle which I did , using food money and ending up suffering to get it sorted. I receive a paid up letter and i am then told by Norman Bissit that everything is over and I dont have to worry about this account this was in march 2015. I get a strange email from MTN in June 2015 and I then call to find out what its about. I was so shocked to here about still owing MTN i then forward my settlement letter to MTN and they say they will get back to me. JUNE JULY AUGUST and SEP passes with no response , till today. I have to now pay again. I lost a permanent job due to this.
