MTN- *****s. Cancelled a contract and insurance, but still being debited

MTN continues to debit my account for an Insurance amount, which I cancelled with my contract in November 2024 last year. They keep saying it's not canceled and I havent cancelled. They have debited me for Jan, Feb, March...this is absolutely *****ulent and *******.
