MTN's call centre is pathetic

MTN's call centre response time is absolutely pathetic. You have to wait at least 45 mins on the line EVERY SINGLE time you try to get through. Eventually after getting through , they are off line and cant even help you. To top that off, they put the phone down on you. Is this the kind of **** service we pay for ? I cannot believe that companies like still exist.
