MTN's Bad service

<p>I bought a cell phone on mtn online shop on the 25th Oct. It took me seconds to pay for it. It took MTN 3 weeks for them to be able to deliver the phone to me. I was so furious and i canceled and demanded a refund. They got the phone back and now they telling me it will take 21 days to get the refund. Like really!!</p>
