MTN - ********s are working to ***** our money

Dear MTN Customer Care 11 September 2024 It has come to my attention that unauthorised debit orders are being collected from my bank account held with Investec. The reference numbers on these debits is MTN SP BA***00001 (end May 2024):MTN SP BA***00002 (end June 2024), MTN SP BA***00001 (end July 2024). I have not entered into any contracts with MTN and these debits are *****ulent and ********. Please immediately cease collections from my bank account. Furthermore, please provide me with details as to where and how, and who authorised these transactions.
