I find it absolutely disgusting how they actually ***** from you and get away with it, end of contract means just that, end, finito, finish, klaar, no more, so how dare you charge me cancellation fees. So because I do not want to continue with less than stellar service providers like you, you think its ok to rip me off, now if they do this to 10 000 subscribers that does not extend or renew their contracts, they make a tidy little profit out of theft in my understanding
