Mtn ****s

I need help with Mtn they activated data limit on my account without my approval or consent, they can't even supply me with the call recording where I gave them permission to do so, now they wanna bill me R1800 for their mistakes, which is pathetic I think, I have never once skipped a payment and have been a loyal client since 2009 and this is how they thank me for my loyalty... I am also not the only one that their ****ming like this what the hell I have wifi at home why would I increase my limit please help me i have the emails I send to them but no one is helping me they transfer or blame the next department and no one wants to actually admit it's their own doings...
