MTN ********s

I opened an account in 2018 until 2020. However when I wanted to stop my contract in 2020 I had to phone their service number and after a lot of time they said they have stopped the contract. However the next month they deducted money and again I had to phone them. This happened another two times, and after phoning again and them assuring me they stopped the contract I had to change my bank account. In 2022 I wanted to apply for a clothing account and could not get approved. I phoned the credit bureau and found out that the idiots at MTN still did not stop my account!!! They are a total bunch of idiots working there, and it caused me to go and pay an amount just to stop the account I haven't been using for two years!!!. But now because of them, and that I have such a bad credit score, I am unable to apply for anything!! Not even a credit card to increase my credit score. They even admitted that they were wrong, but they don't do anything to help me clear my name. Do not do business with these ********s and absolute idiots!!!!
