MTN *****s

I had a contract for years with MTN a good deal for calles and data. My contract expired and I was informed via email that I'd been converted to itemised billing. I realised I couldn't afford this as my bill went from R600 to R1300 give or take. I called in May and a miss Madikizela convinced me not to cancel and offered me another contract at a fraction of what I was paying. The call was made mid month of May so I asked her what happens on my next debit date she said my previous contract automatically falls away and a new 1 would be instated. To my disappointment my bill comes and I owe 1600 for the contract I asked her to cancel and she convinced me not to. I call again get Miss Madikizela who tells me her system did not capture her input and I'd have to pay. I was mad but I payed. Come June the same thing happens. I get ahold of her, she still mumbles something about the system and tell me there's nothing she can do. I lost it. I told her I'm going on maternity leave without pay every cent counts. I don't call to cancel contracts for fun I call because I see that I'm unable to afford it. I got an email after that heated convo stating that my contract had been cancelled. Tell me why my account wasn't debited this month and I'm owing MTN the same amount of the contract that's meant to be cancelled top it all they suspended my account. Tell me why I'm paying a company for its services when they are such a pain and an inconvenience to deal with. Tell me why I have to be on the phone with MTN every month disputing debited amounts. Being bul**** beacuse they are a big company I'm just a consumer, they make promises, don't deliver and I have to pay for it. What do I do now. Tell me why my account says I'm overdue on payment by more than R5000 when IV never ever skipped a payment with any of my contact phones. I hate that I took contracts for my relatives under my name and I'm still stuck with this bully MTN that keeps *****ing from me. Miss Madikizela I have been most unfortunate to encounter you on the phone you were the beginning of all my problems. *****ing my hard earned money that I'm trying to feed my kids with.
