MTN Rustenburg Square- Bad Service delivery and no Costumer s****s, No proof of transactions

I took out an contract with Mtn in Desember 2017 , had the phone for less than 1 month and it just stop working. I took the phone back to MTN for repairs/ replacement of the product as it is still under guarantee. The Sales consultant that helped where very rude at MTN Rustenburg Square , she told only why can repair of replace product if I bring the contract documents with me , as MTN does not keep any record of transactions done with clients , I asked to spoke to the Manger of the branch , she sat next to the consultant the whole time and did not help or assist the me with any of the problems. Further the consultant informed me that this are a common problem with the Huawei P8 , a software problem on the phone. If the consultants are aware of the problem on the phone why can't they inform the clients of the problem before selling a product , This is a dis honest conduct by an Mtn employee as they should disclose all relevant information by the product they sell.

The consultant refused to help me further with the problem and the manager also refused.This is a very unprofessional conduct by an Employee of a major service provider , I do not prefer any one to do business with this branch or with Mtn as a company as they are interested in selling a product and not service delivering to there clients, or keeping to there promise.
