MTN RUNS ****S

I used the MTN APP to purchase data for my spare SIM card and now it’s not working I’ve been calling customer care and the only answer I’ve received from very rude ladies was that they are reactivating it and on the last time they said they are taking it to a technician and I have not received any response or anything else , I am deeply disappointed by the service of this brand .
