Mtn runaround

First of all the staff at the call center and the store have no clue what they doing... I have been having a problem with the Sim that I've gotten from them from day 1. I called and let them know and I was told the Sim was fine. I keep getting someone else's measges however when I load airtime it never reflects on my side yet they can see this airtime. The tickets they log get closed with no explanation nor communication to me. I'm sick and tired of the run around that mtn staff have given me and the rude nature that they have handled my query... I have screen grabs to prove all of this and wont sit and keep quiet about it
