MTN Ruining my life!!! Closing a Cancelled Contract takes more than 2 years!!!

MTN still has an account cancelled in 2020 opened and in arrears. This is affecting my credit score. CAN SOMEONE CLOSE ACCOUNT A***, IT IS NOT IN ARREARS, it was opened **********ly and MTN cancelled the contract.
