MTN RUINING MY CREDIT RECORD DUE TO THEIR INADEQUACY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a contract with MTN that I have been faithfully paying, a few weeks ago I was applying for a loan which was declined . Apparently I owe you Mtn R1945.00 ( DEFAULTED) when i called the call center the agent tells me that my account is up to date . I have been debating with different call centers in different departments to get assistance with the MESS MTN put me in but no one is willing to help me with it. Eventually someone from legal department sent a request to experian to remove the default just to find out that the information given is incorrect and that person isn't responding to experian.

Why must I suffer for MTN faults ???? WHY cant I get proper assistance with this?? WHY is MTN so inconsiderate ?

Could I please get the service I deserve Before I take this Further .

good day zanele kindly note that I have called Experian they are saying that the consultant that send the request is not authorized to send the request to Experian please help coz am thinking of closing this contract it is the first time using mtn contract but am not happy at all regards rendani
