Mtn ruined my life

The only reason I gave them one star is because there wasn't an option for no star... Mtn ruined my credit score! Whenever I called in for progress on my order, that rep would credit vet me again to try get the sale which I was initially vetted for... Now I can't get a contract elsewhere, I need to wait for 3 months to fix my credit score... This is not my fault! I need that iphone 17 as in yesterday! My initial order was November 19th, imagine a whole month... Worst of all, they just want sales not customer satisfaction!
