MTN ruined my ITC

I'd like to believe that before a company \Service Provider\" can send your information to any collections company, they should make sure that you have a product with them, you owe them or your account is in arrears or something.

Now MTN never offered me any cellphone product, or any product they have. I've never agreed on anything with them, but they decided to send my info to SSDA to contact me regarding a cellphone contract that i haven't paid. So I informed that SSDA company that I don't have any product with MTN, so they must not call me. So to help, they asked me to send my ID an Affidavit stating that I don't have any product with MTN so they will send this to a ***** department for investigation. I did exactly that, but I kept on receiving calls form them anyway. I explained and even sent those docs twice so they investigate.

Seven months down the line I lost my job an app**** for a new one. They had to do background checks on my name and the feedback was that I am resgistered as a *********. MTN registered me as someone who did ***** while I was told they investigating on that ********** account. SSDA and MTN I'm gonna take you to Ombadsman an sue you for ruining my ITC."
