MTN ruined my credit score and continues to bill me incorrectly
MTN incorrectly loaded my contract package and have been billing me between R3,000-R5,000 for a contract package of R389 per month. I have been following up with them for 10 months to fix this and now my credit score shows me as owing them more than R10,000!
I don’t understand what the challenge is, but they refuse to fix the issue. I have so many reference numbers between January and October and still no progress. The last communication I received is that it is with legal! I need them to clear my name from this immediately

MTN does not even bother to respond, not on Hello Peter or their complaints email address, what is the point of having a complaints email address? Almost 12 months to the day I took up this contract, MTN continue to ignore the mistake they made when uploading my contract and continue to bill me thousands of rands for a R389 contract. At this point, cancelling is the best option to stop the increasing debt they are incorrectly putting on my account.
