MTN ruined my credit record and havent refunded my money.

I have been struggling with this one issue with MTN since September 2017. MTN took money from me after my contract was meant to be cancelled. They then owed me money but a recovery company started contacting me that I owe MTN money. After a year of trying to get MTN's attention with this. They finally admitted their fault and as of Jul 2018, they were meant to transfer me 'SOME' funds back. Their representatives were also meant to look into my credit record that has been tarnished in their error and mistake.

This was the last response I had received from them and I have been trying to contact them ever since.

My credit record is still tarnished because of MTN and I have never received my money back as they said that they would, yet they will not respond to me.

I understand it’s been a long delay and drag to get this far however the outcome is getting better and this matter will soon be closed.

I would like to take this matter further as my credit record is now damaged and MTN has made it very clear that they do not have the interest, nor time to deal with this. I have had enough. They have had over a year to sort this out with me.
