MTN ruined my credit record

Someone opened an account using my details and the case was resolved. MTN promised to clear my name on Credit Bureau and they did not. Their inaction resulted to me not affording to get any credit from the institutions. R 19325 is the amount that reflect as an instalment paid to MTN on a monthly basis. Please stay away from MTN radar join other Cellular networks.
