MTN, rudest and horrible service

Standing in MTN the grove with the rudest service I have ever seen. Maria is assisting me with a transfer of account which I previously did where they did not do it correctly. Now she is being rude and unclear with instructions. I have been here for for two hours now and now she say we have to start over. I cannot understand that it is acceptable to treat a customer like this and the manager is not here and I just have to accept the service as is.

Just horrible. Stay away from mtn the grove. The rudest service ever
