Mtn rudeness

have had a bad experience at the MTN speed point at the Rosebank Zone when Kandega refused to assist me.

I bought a cheap Mobicell at Checkers with a locked in MTN number. I went to MTN to learn how to use the phone but was met with indifference by Kandega who said they sold only smart phones and she couldn't help.

There were three other assistants doing nothing in the shop, none of whom helped. I can't believe people who work in a cellphone shop are unable to navigate a non-smart phone.

Hostility - and playing on your cellphone when a customer is trying to get help - is unacceptable.
