MTN rude manager

A few week ago I went to MTN Mall of Tembisa to try and cancel my contract, when I got there I was assist by a lady named Refilwe. She was very calm and tried by all means to help me and this other guy also assisted in trying to help me. She also used her phone to call the cancelation department several times with no luck and I then requested for the manager. This lady by the name of patience who has been passing me the for the passed 30 minutes came to me and she was so rude and loud. She told me she not gonna help me cos am angry and am rude. I have to be rude since I've been trying to cancel my contract for a long time.

Patience was rude to me as a customer who has been with MTN for the longest time. MTN should make things easier for us to cancel our contract. As for patience she doesn't deserve to work with people
