MTN - Rude Call Center Agent, Brenda Synn

A month later I have logged a call with MTN, and it still has not been resolved. I have logged several calls and even wrote an email to their complaints department but no response. Debit orders are going off my bank account, yet my data is not provisioned. This is the 2nd month this is happening now...
