Mtn rude and poor service

Someone did a simswap and bought airtime on my bank occount. I reported the case with MTN and emailed documents as requested. Their service I extremely poor as I was told to look for the number and phone the ********* why he or she did that. What kind of service is that, how does mtn allow someone to do a simswap on line when they know their network is being targeted by ********. After so many years of being a customer this is how I am treated. I can't wait for my contracts to come to the end. And go elsewhere.
