Mtn rude and don't care about there customers.

Mtn has a new lte a uncapped 10mpbs package. One you never recive 10mbps speed at max you get 1mbps speed. Two you file a complaint with mtn and they are rude, dispectul and thinks the world owes them everything. I have been into the store over 10 times and been treated like absolute *******. I have phoned the customer service centre all get is we will tell our tech team. Managers are never in the store. I signed up this package at mtn springs mall where Chantelle promised me we won't have these issues. When you go to the store looking for her she's never there hiding in the back I have phoned her multiple times with no success. Three the wifi is always off. Mtn get ahold of me asap you have been reported ro the ombudsman and we are going to take legal action for the contract to be canceled and to be reimbursed the months we have had these issues.
