MTN rude agents
Im all for promotions and all that. But surely MTN agents are trained on how to promote and how to handle a customer that is just not interested. Im tired of dealing with rude MTN agents either when I call in or when they call in for promotions
This morning. I am called by Mduduzi offering me a nokia smartphone. I told him nicely that no thanks I have a phone. Instead of gracefully ending the call. He decides to raise his voice at me and tell me he knows I have a phone otherwise he wouldnt have been able to call me. I have worked in call centre before and I know for a fact that as an agent that is not how you behave on a call. I pointed it out to Mduduzi that he is being rude however he continued to raise his voice at me.
Can MTN please invest in proper training and actually dealing with your agents when they simply just give the network a bad name. Its getting tiring now.
