MTN ******* SERVICE
Poorest service ever, I have been waiting for itemized billing report to be emailed to me since Monday- a request which according to MTN turnaround should take 2-72 hours.
I still have not received the request docs despite making contact on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday- so much for the "Boza network".

It is now 29 hours since your above commitment to provide me with the requested itemized billing report with 24 hours, and still no report.
It has been a total of 216 hours since my initial request to have my itemized billing report sent to me- how difficult can it be to draw a mere 1 month billing report for an existing customer, this is absolutely ludicrous MTN.
