MTN Router Not working

I have an MTN router that isn’t working even after I have paid. I do not use an MTN number so it has become impossible to get assistance from the app, email, WhatsApp line and in store. I’ve come here because I have no other option. Self service won’t work unless I have an MTN number. I’ve tried with a colleagues MTN phone and I still can’t get through to a consultant to help.

My router working is very important because I work from home and I am now missing out on my daily KPI’s which is affecting my productivity. PLEASE HELP. I don’t know what to do anymore
