MTN ROUTER NIGHTMARE ****😡😡

This company is a disaster really the staff is never in tune, I have been trying to cancel a contract for the router due to lack of coverage it has taken more than 7 months to provide me with a status on the query, and still on going, they are very quick to suspend my other accounts that are being paid for due to lack of efficiency from their own staff on the query, they are affecting my credit score due to having a query opened for 7 months. They obviously opted to take on a routers as part of their packages before they fully trained their staff, from the call centre to retention staff. The MTN ROUTER IS A ****
