MTN Router

I have had enough with MTN. Their level of service is pathetic. It has been 3 weeks since they delivered my home router. For two weeks they could not figure out what the problem is. One person says this and the other one it is another story. Last week Saturday i returned my home router to MTN. I mean what is the point of having a router that us not connected. Now when i call to cancell the contract the cancelation department refuses to pick up the call.

I have been tying to cancel this router since yesterday after i got the IRMS number.
