MTN router dept unresolved

Good day.

A few years ago, just before COVID I got a contract router from MTN. I maintained the contract until COVID hit and therefore was unable to pay MTN for a few months. Fast forward... MTN took my case to their legal team and they started contacting me regarding my debt, we then resolved it that they can debit the whole amount which was R600 and they did that month end. I didn't get a settlement letter whatsoever and I didn't follow up with this since i knew i paid anyway.

A few years later, the same legal team called me again informing me that I owe them around R2000, I requested a copy of the call I had with the previous agent, and till today I still couldn't get it, that was on 2022.

2023 when when I realized this is affecting my credit score I then went to MTN to find out who I need to pay to get my matter resolved, I have also been calling MTN but no one is assisting me. I tried to email them on *** also but still Nothing has been done.

Can I please get help from this, I am paying all my debts on time, my credit score is bad because of this, and this is starting to become frustrating
