MTN Router Contract - cancelled with no approval from client

I had a 24 month router contract with MTN which lapsed on 12 June and a Consultant cancelled it because the 24 month had passed. On Friday 14 June I went to get a new router contract and was informed that it will be a month to month and paid a pro rata fee. On Tuesday 18 June the contract was cancelled without my approval. I have been calling and even went to the MTN Shop for assistance, to date no one has been able to assist me and there hasnt been any proper feedback. I have not had wifi in my house since Tuesday 18 June. Disappointing service to say the least
