MTN Router Contract Cancellation & unknown iPhone 13 released by MTN to unknown address

MTN is just something else, I cancelled my Data & Router contract with them in Jan 2022 due to the Amount of R1010.42 they've debited instead of the contract amount of +/- R300.

Now you've badly affected my credit score by claiming that I owe you more than 5k, how can I owe MTN such amount while I cancelled contract & stopped using your package in Jan 2022. This is proving that you are not a reliable service provider with your poor service to customers.

I've been calling MTN customer care to get this sorted but they'd transfer me to Retentions dept. where no one answers the phone and ended up getting cut.

This is just poor from a big Network Service Provider like you MTN, National Credit Regulator NCR will now have to intervene because no one is willing to assist me from your side, and yet you are busy increasing amount for nothing. If I was using your service, I could have I understood why you increasing the amount.

I'M REALLY REALLY DISSAPOINTED ABOUT THIS MTN, and honestly I feel ****MED. My vodacom number is ***for any clarity on this.

You know I'm just shocked about MTN, now someone else from MTN customer care just checked for me and he says someone took an iPhone 13 under my name, that's why they debited R1010.42 January, so I need to visit police station to do Affidavit confirming that I don't know anything about this, while I only shared my information to you during Router agreement.

MTN agent confirmed that there is no address appearing where they delivered iPhone 13, but on Router you delivered at my door. How can they release a phone without address and other details,

Something is not right here, the consultant who was assisted me with Router agreement need to explain as all my details were shared to this person. This shows that you are not complying to POPI ACT.

I need to take legal action as MTN can't provide address where the iPhone 13 was delivered while they delivered Router straight to my door.
