MTN Router Application

I app**** for a router on the 8 December 2020 on MTN's website. I have emailed and contacted them endlessly and have a paper trial but up until today the 29 Dec 2020 I have not received my router. I phoned MTN today again and they say a company Rewards Co has been dealing with the application which has been approved. I have tried to contact them on their telephone number *** and no answer. MTN don't advertise on your website and then when I phone your call center tell me you cannot help me - I app**** through MTN and not Rewards Co - YOUR SERVICE SUCKS
