I made my purchase on the 20th the delivery came on the 22nd and he left with the package because the finger print biometric was not working the package is still on his side a week later does it mean I paid the month for nothing cause I’m still not using the data I had to go write my exam at a restaurant this is so unprofessional I’d like my money back it’s totally unacceptable
