Mtn router

I'm paying for a router that I can't have access to...I've called in and they **** and said the tower is down yet my neighbour whom is also using myn is using the same tower with no issues...the lady I spoke to was very arrogant when she spoke to me, but they say this is customer service week...I'm taking that router back today and want my refund..never again with them
