MTN router

MTN customer service is bad especially the managers. His name is Donald s, he is very rude,he was very disrespectful he even told me that he hanging up the phone instead of assisting me with my query . i was calling to follow up on my cancellation ,i bought i a router online from MTN and it wasn't working so i returned the device to the MTN store as per MTN agent in order to cancel the contract. I returned the device on the 26/08/2024 and MTN is still debiting me .Please do yourself a Favour and don't buy MTN router from them if you dont want stress .the router didnt even work for 1 day
