MTN ROTTEN TO THE CORE
Not even worth 1 star. Was sold products by their telemarking lot. ( Think very carefully before you trust these *******s, ever) Did not get what they cheerfully sold me on the phone, I’m also being charged for two devices I did not sign up for. Have called, emailed, reported *****, visited them, and tried to resolve this on more than fifteen occasions with MTN. Telemarketers blame MTN, MTN blame them. I ****ing HATE MTN with every bone in my body. Getting the hell away from them as soon as my contracts allow. If someone calls you to upgrade or change your package THINK VERY VERY VERY CAREFULLY !!!!!!!

27 Jun 2019, 17:28Got a phone call from MTN and a promise to get back to me to resolve this issue. In typical MTN fashion, no reply and no communication. MTN STINKS, I’m a 20 year customer with multiple MTN lines, a NAFI **** attitude and zero service. Disgusting to say the least !! Still being overcharged BY MTN Beware of doing business with MTN you may just get ****** !!!!!!
