MTN ROTTEN SERVICE

So -- the saga continues... after 3 weeks of going up and down to the store in Ottery for a SIMPLE SIM SWOP, and after being eventually told that it has been done - IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!!! I must now try and recover the airtime loaded onto the old number- they may just swallow that up as well.

I also have to change all my banking, and other secure apps where it is linked to a specific telephone number.

All this WASTED time and money spent for a Sim Swop. They also do not answer their phones. They even told me on one of my numerous visits to the store-.. ' that they were attending to customers, hence they could not answer phones. Needless to say, there was not any customers in the branch, Ottery, Cape Town, ***, on all of my 5 visits to the store.

MTN SUCKS for Service, Bad Customer relations , as a matter of fact, they SUCK al round BIG TIME.
