MTN rooter

I app**** for a MTN rooter at MTN Kollonade and received it 26/05/2023. In December 2023 I took it back , the rooter and sim and asked them to cancel. Since then it was not cancelled and they are trying to deduct the payment every month. I have done several emails with no luck. The Consultant was Lucky order ***. It looks like he never cancelled it. I would like to resolve this ASAP and since I moved to Kimberley I would like to take out a new contract again with MTN, but can not because of this problem. Please resolve and help me to get another rooter with them. I still have all the paper work. Thank you
