MTN robing clients
After i had problems for 6 months with my account to get my contract closed with MTN i finial managed to close the account , and for the 2nd month in a row they are sending me sms to say they are going to suspend my account due to non payment funny think is my account is closed and still they are taking my money , i even phone the customer service to say they are taking money and they are not suppose to , she took my details to get someone to phone me back 22 days later still being sms for money and no one has phoned me funny neh after being a client of MTN for the past 6 years

Kindly be advised that our system shows that both your numbers were cancelled on the 24th and 28th of April respectively. The numbers were cancelled after your invoice date, the 20th. You were billed R427 for both numbers for the invoice dated 2015-04-20 which was due on 2015-05-29 on debit order as you paid for your account a month in arrears. You are liable for the balance due.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you
