MTN robbing South Africans

Hello Everyone, MTN is running a ****, I took the R499 per month contract last week and was ask to pay R781 upfront. Did the payment and got the confirmation on email and via sms. I even received a call from DSV to arrange delivery. I called 3 times this morning to find out why I did not get tge router. The last call I made I was told that my contract is canceled. This is the account number I received on the contract document Acc No.: CA***, I asked now where is my money and no answer from MTN. My cell number is ***. MTN South Africa please answer why do you take people's money and not answer ir send emails why, is MTN busy robbing SA citizens. I have made many calls to MTN and to the company who deals with MTN online sales and the info which Mondo gave me is that the delivery was cancelled by DSV as the driver said that I the customer didn't want the package. I called DSV and they have indicated that MTN cancelled the delivery even before it left the warehouse. MTN have sent numerous messages on Facebook Messengwr and on Instagram saying that their sales team will contact me but no call or email. I have emails drom MTN that they have received my payment and even a contract document.
