MTN robbing me of my hard earn cash

I had purchased MTN Uncapped Home Internet in August 2024 thinking that they had a better deal and that they would be better than Rain, unfortunately I was wrong. On my first weekend I received no internet, I complained on that Monday and received internet from early afternoon until 23:00 that went on for the week ahead. This was obviously worst than Rain(their internet at least always worked even if it slowed down it was working at all times. I could do my work and do a hole lot on Rain wifi) I then decided to call MTN and request for a cancellation, I was told that I cannot do it over the telephone -that I can only do it by going to my nearest MTN store(MTN Westgate) I get there and I tell the ladies that I'm here to cancel my wifi, here is my router. Can I get the cancellation form as I told by the MTN service champion to do when I got here MTN store Westgate. The ladies said they can't accept the router that I must go to MTN Florida. I go to MTN Headquarters at Florida and I'm told by security that only MTN workers are can go through the gate. I call MTN service champion he says I'm must go back MTN Westgate and still the ladies are still puzzled. I tell the MTN service champion to cancel this service and email MTN to cancel the service and nothing happens until I receive a total of R5507.69 that I must pay. I will not pay for something that I have tried numerous of times to cancel. The router works and put away safely... I need MTN to come and collect and it and stop cheating South Africans from their hard earned monies.
