MTN robbing me my airtime & data

On 10/8/18 I bought data for 350mb& it disapeared within seconds, I then loaded another 350mb of data right away& it has vanished as well. MTN is robbing me my data& hard earned money. I need all my data & airtime refunded to me with immediate effect. I am not going to call customer care as they are useless& treat people like fools as if we know nothing. I want my airtime& money right away. Hello peter please assist ASAP
