MTN Robbing Customers and not supplying services

My account was blocked with MTN due to non payment. I fixed that problem, fully paid them and had the contract for Wifi

Since February 2024 I have been trying to get them to fix the WiFi up until now June 07 2024 it’s not fixed

1.They take weeks to answer their emails 2.They cannot fix the problem I have Credit with them however they haven’t opened my account 3.They keep deducting my account whereas I have no access to use the WIFI 4. I go to MTN at Alberton City and dropped off the Device the Consultant tells me it’s a contract if I want to cancel I will have to pay a certain fee Now what about the 5 months of them paying and not supplying me with data..
