MTN ROBBING CUSTOMERS

MTN is a bad network I ever met. I visited their store in Vincent on the 17th of August to apply for a Samsung s24 Ultra. We did all process but when we done they gave me wrong device which was s24. I refused to take it and they said it’s gonna be cancelled. I left the phone in the store for it to be cancelled and they dragged the cancellation from 17 August 2024 up until 26 September 2024. That time they finalise cancellation, debit order was done already. To me it’s like they wanted to debit first before they can cancel. Imagine R2087 debited for something that you did not take. I’m now struggling to get my money back from MTN, even when I go to the bank the reversal is denied. What can I do?
