MTN Robbing customers

<p>I have a contract where i am supposed to get minutes, SMS's and Data. for past few months i have not recieved any data from MTN, the agents cannot assist me and each time it needs to be escalated however no-one ever gets back to me or reinstate my data. i was on the line for 30min with them and they cannot assist me. keep holding for 30min - 2hours each time i call. this is really bad.</p> <p> </p> <p>If i could i would never have had a cobtract with MTN. they have the highest tarrifs and one of the worst customer service ever and no one can do anything about it.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
